叶螨适应寄主的分子遗传机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 叶螨是影响我国农业生产的一类重要害螨,因具有繁殖力高、寄主适应性强、抗药性演化快等特点,增加了对其防治的成本和难度。本文综述了我国叶螨发生情况和种类分布规律,探讨了我国优势种截形叶螨灾变的原因,总结了叶螨适应寄主植物的分子遗传机制研究进展与不足,展望了未来研究方向。以期深入解析叶螨强寄主适应性及灾变的机制,并为叶螨的综合防治提供新思路。 Spider mites are a kind of important pests that seriously affect agricultural production in our country.They have the characteristics of high fecundity,strong adaptability to host plants,and rapid evolution rates of resistance to pesticides,which pose great challenges to their control.Here,we reviewed the occurrence and species distribution of spider mites in our country and discussed the strong host adaptability of Tetranychus truncatus in relation to its dominant status in China.We also summarized the progress and deficiencies of research on the adaptation mechanism of spider mites to their hosts,and discussed some directions that can be improved in the future.We hope this review can be helpful to a further dissecting of the strong host adaptability of T.truncatus,and provide new insights into the integrated management of this pest.
