高等师范院校校地合作优质教育资源整合的实践研究——“绵阳市小学特级教师教学特色研究”课程建设纪实

Practice on Integration of High-Quality Education Resources by Cooperation between College and Local Government in Teachers’College

绵阳是中国唯一科技城,被誉为中国的“西部硅谷”。绵阳的基础教育在四川乃至全国都有重要影响力。绵阳师范学院作为川西北地区一所全日制普通本科师范院校,如何落实“师范做强、艺术做精、应用做实”的办学思路,是学院学科专业建设的重要抓手和着力点。本文从“绵阳市小学特级教师教学特色研究”课程建设出发,梳理近年来在专业建设中的一些思考与举措,为高等师范院校整合优质教育资源、服务地方经济社会发展、形成职前职后一体化人才培养新格局,最终达成办学质量提高提供案例借鉴。

Mianyang is the only science and technology city in China which is named"Western Silicon Valley".The basic education in Mianyang has an important influence in Sichuan and even the whole country.As the only full-time general undergraduate normal college in Northwest Sichuan,the disciplines and subjects’construction of Mianyang Teachers’College focuses on the idea of"making the majors of education stronger,those of arts and sports more excellent,and those of application more perfect".Starting from the curriculum construction of"Research on the Teaching Characteristics of Special Grade Teachers in Mianyang Primary Schools",this paper sorts out the thinking and measures of professional construction in recent years,integrates high-quality educational resources for teachers’colleges and universities,serves local economic and social development,and forms the integration of pre-employment and post-employment.A new pattern of talent training will eventually improve the school-running quality and provide a case study.
