黑岱沟露天煤矿拉铲倒堆工艺过地堑影响区剥离方案

摘要 地堑区域抛掷爆破高台阶剥离方案合理与否,直接影响到生产安全、原煤产量接续与资源回收率。在分析地堑影响区域断层产状特征与煤层赋存条件的基础上,充分考虑高台阶边坡稳定性的前提下,提出了4种地堑影响区域高台阶抛掷爆破方案,通过分析每种方案其上部剥离系统需要超前剥离的工程量及工期,确定最佳的抛掷爆破方案;同时以拉铲典型作业工程条件与地堑影响区域特殊工程条件的差异性分析为基础,将地堑影响区对拉铲的影响进行分级,提出地堑影响区2中不同的剥离工艺,并结合现场生产实际,考虑不同工艺在地堑影响区煤炭资源回收的程度,最终确定了可行、合理的抛掷爆破高台阶剥离方案,为黑岱沟露天煤矿顺利通过过地堑影响区提供了保障。 Whether the high bench stripping scheme of throwing blasting in graben area reasonable or not directly affects the production safety,raw coal output continuation and resource recovery rate.Based on the analysis of fault occurrence characteristics and coal seam occurrence conditions in the graben affected area,and on the premise of fully considering the stability of high bench slope,this article puts forward four kinds of high bench throwing blasting schemes in the graben affected area.By analyzing the quantities and construction period of the upper stripping system of each scheme,the article determines best throwing blasting scheme.At the same time,based on the analysis of the difference between the typical operation engineering conditions of the bucket shovel and the special engineering conditions in the graben affected area,the article classifies influence of the graben affected area on the bucket shovel,and proposes 2 kinds of different stripping processes in the graben affected area.Combined with the actual production on site,considering the degree of coal resource recovery in the graben affected area by different processes,we finally determine a feasible and reasonable high step stripping scheme of throwing blasting,which provides a guarantee for Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine to pass through the graben affected area smoothly.
