伊敏露天矿挖掘机在特殊环境下的作业方式

Operation mode of excavators under special environment in Yimin Open-pit Mine

为了研究伊敏露天矿挖掘机在特殊环境下的作业方式,提高挖掘机的安全、生产效率。结合伊敏露天矿的水文、地质条件,分析了挖掘机在低温作业环境、积水工作面、淤泥作业面、复合煤层等4种特殊环境下的运行方式及安全技术措施。结果表明:挖掘机在特殊作业环境下选取合理的作业方式、制定必要的安全技术措施,对挖掘机的安全生产及采装效率是至关重要的。

In order to study the operation mode of excavators under special environment in Yimin Open-pit Mine and improve the safety and production efficiency of excavators,combined with the hydrological and geological conditions of Yimin Open-pit Mine,the article analyzes the excavator working environment at low temperature,water coal face,silt operation,composite coal seam and other four kinds of operation mode under the special environment and safety technical measures.The results show that we select the reasonable operation way under the special working environment,make the necessary safety technical measures,which is very important for the safety production and loading efficiency of excavators.
