外委单位班组建设的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of team construction of outsourcing units

针对建设单位和外委单位2个层面班组建设管理中存在的问题和难点,以露天煤矿剥离外委单位班组建设为例,对外委班组建设的重要性进行全面阐述;从煤矿管理、外委区队、外委员工3个层级对外委班组安全管理工作的开展进行探索和实践。结果表明:通过在班组管理实践中持续创新,可以做到外委班组与自营统一管理,以保障了煤矿安全生产。

Aiming at the problem and difficulty in the working team during the management process of construction units and outsourcing corporation,we take stripping outsourcing units team construction of open-pit coal mine as an example to comprehensively elaborate the importance of outsourcing team construction.The article carries out to explore and practice on safety management of outsourcing team from three levels:coal mine management,outsourcing district team,and outsourcing staff.The results show that through the continuous innovation in the team management,we can achieve the unified management of the outsourcing team and self-management,which ensure the safety production of coal mine.
