摘要
对荧光标准的研究进展进行了综述。介绍了荧光技术原理、荧光的影响因素、荧光标准的分类,阐述了物理传递标准和化学标准(标准物质或参考物质)的优劣势和主要应用领域。目前常见的荧光标准包含波长光谱标准、(相对)发射光谱响应值标准、(相对)激发光谱响应值标准、荧光强度标准、荧光量子产率标准等类别。简述了现有商业化和研究中的各类荧光物理标准和化学标准,并介绍了各类标准的应用领域和特点。荧光测量系统的表征、荧光类设备的性能验证以及相关荧光量的准确测量,对于荧光技术的发展和应用有着重要的作用。
The research progress of fluorescence standards was reviewed.It was introduced about the principle of fluorescence technology,the influencing factors of fluorescence,the classification of fluorescence standards,the advantages and disadvantages of physical transfer standards and chemical standards (reference substances or reference substances) and the main application fields.The current standards contained the fluorescence wavelength spectrum standard,the (relatively)emission spectrum response value standard,the (relatively) excitation spectrum response value standard,the the fluorescence intensity standard,the quantity of fluorescent standard and so on.It was reviewed about various kinds of fluorescence physical and chemical standards in commercialization and research,and the application fields and characteristics of the various standards.The characterization of the fluorescence measurement system,the performance verification of the fluorescence equipment and the accurate measurement of the relevant fluorescence amount played an important role in the development and application of fluorescence technology.
