四川老君山国家级自然保护区小型兽类调查及优势种遗传多样性分析 被引量:1

Investigation of Small Mammals and Genetic Diversity Analysis of Dominant Species in the Laojunshan National Nature Reserve,Sichuan

摘要 2020年6—10月在四川老君山国家级自然保护区放置鼠夹8000夹次,共捕获小型兽类个体339只,隶属3目4科11属16种,主要来自阔叶林。结合文献记录,保护区共记录小型兽类32种,新记录6种。本次调查的优势种为北社鼠Niviventer confucianus、黑姬鼠Apodemus nigrus、四川短尾鼩Anourosorex squamipes和大绒鼠Eothenomys miletus。线粒体基因组细胞色素b基因序列遗传多样性分析发现,北社鼠和四川短尾鼩的遗传多样性较高,单倍型多样性、核苷酸多样性分别为0.775、0.01698和0.916、0.09082。本研究为保护区小型兽类的深入研究提供了重要的基础资料。 From June to October 2020,a field survey was conducted on small mammals in the Laojunshan National Nature Reserve,Sichuan Province.A total of 8000 traps were placed and 339 small mammals belonging to 16 species,11 genera,4 families,and 3 orders were captured,and most of the species were distributed in the broadleaved forest.Combined with the documented literatures,32 species of small mammals were recorded in the reserve,and 6 of which were the new records of the reserve.The dominant species were Niviventer confucianus,Apodemus nigrus,Anourosorex squamipes and Eothenomys miletus.The genetic diversity of the 4 dominant species was analyzed using cytochrome b gene sequence of the mitochondrial genome.The results showed that N.confucianus and A.squamipes had higher genetic diversity with haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity of 0.775 and 0.01698,and 0.916 and 0.09082,respectively.This study provides important basic data for further research on small mammals in the reserve.
