康复运动联合低频电刺激治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析康复运动联合低频电刺激治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月阳江市公共卫生医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组予以低频电刺激治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以持续康复运动。对比两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后下肢肌力、傅格-梅尔运动量表(FMMS)、Barthel指数(BI)、博格平衡量表(BBS)、步行功能评分(Holden)与步态测试量表(Tinetti)评分。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组下肢肌力、FMMS、BI指数、BBS、Holden、Tinetti评分优于治疗前,观察组下肢肌力、FMMS、BI指数、BBS、Holden、Tinetti评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复运动联合低频电刺激治疗可有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者治疗效果,改善患者的下肢肌力及下肢运动功能,增强患者的平衡能力,提高患者步行功能。 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation exercise combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were admitted to Yangjiang Public Health Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy,and the observation group was given continuous rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,lower limb muscle strength,Fogg-Meier Motor Scale(FMMS),Barthel Index(BI),Burger Balance Scale(BBS),walking function score(Holden)and gait before and after treatment were compared Test scale(Tinetti)score.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lower limb muscle strength,FMMS,BI index,BBS,Holden and Tinetti scores in the two groups were better than those before treatment.The lower limb muscle strength,FMMS,BI index,BBS,Holden,and Tinetti scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation exercise combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia,improve the lower limb muscle strength and lower limb motor function,enhance the patient's balance ability,and improve the patient's walking function.
