养肝化纤颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚型乙型肝炎肝硬化临床效果

Clinical Effect of Yanggan Huaxian Granule in the Treatment of Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Type Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的:分析养肝化纤颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚型乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年9月-2022年4月四川中医肝病医院收治的肝肾阴虚型乙型肝炎肝硬化患者105例为观察对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组52例与观察组53例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予养肝化纤颗粒。比较两组治疗效果、肝纤维化四项水平、脾厚度、门静脉内径(Dsv)、脾静脉内径(Dpv)与血小板比率指数(APRI)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肝纤维化四项水平值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组脾厚度、门静脉内径、脾静脉内径指标值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组APRI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养肝化纤颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚型乙型肝炎肝硬化效果显著,可以降低Dpv、Dsv、脾厚度,同时减轻炎性反应,抑制肝纤维化、肝硬化进展。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yanggan Huaxian Granule in the treatment of liver-kidney yin deficiency type hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 105 patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency type hepatitis B cirrhosis who were admitted to Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Liver Disease Hospital from September 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group of 52 cases and the observation group of 53 cases.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Yanggan Huaxian Granule.The treatment effect,four levels of liver fibrosis,spleen thickness,portal vein diameter(Dsv),splenic vein diameter(Dpv)and platelet ratio index(APRI)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the four levels of liver fibrosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the index values of spleen thickness,portal vein diameter and splenic vein diameter in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The APRI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanggan Huaxian Granule has a significant effect on the treatment of liver-kidney yin deficiency type hepatitis B cirrhosis,which can reduce Dpv,Dsv,spleen thickness,at the same time reduce the inflammatory response,inhibit the progress of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis.
