摘要
目的:探究Miller金字塔教学模式对手术室护士应急能力与护理技能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2021年1月中国科学院大学深圳医院手术室的低年资护士68名作为观察对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各34位。对照组给予常规教学指导,观察组给予Miller金字塔教学模式指导。比较两种护理手段干预下护士理论及实践技能考核成绩、应急能力、培训效果、护理失误率及投诉率。结果:观察组理论及实践技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组应急能力、培训效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理失误率与投诉率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Miller金字塔教学模式可显著提高理论及实践技能考核成绩、应急能力,获得较好的培训效果,且护士在临床实践中护理失误率、投诉率更低。
Objective:To explore the impact of Miller's pyramid teaching model on emergency response ability and nursing skills of operating room nurses.Methods:A total of 68 junior nurses in the operating room of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 34 persons in each.The control group was given conventional teaching guidance,and the observation group was given the Miller pyramid teaching model.The results of theoretical and practical skills assessment,emergency response ability,training effect,nursing error rate and complaint rate of nurses under the intervention of two nursing methods were compared.Results:The theoretical and practical skills assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emergency response ability and training effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing error rate and complaint rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Miller pyramid teaching model can significantly improve the performance of theoretical and practical skills assessment,emergency response ability,and obtain better training effect,and the nursing error rate and complaint rate of nurses in clinical practice are lower.
