经阴道B型超声诊断子宫内膜异位症患者的临床价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Transvaginal B-Mode Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Endometriosis Patients

目的:分析经阴道B型超声诊断子宫内膜异位症患者的临床价值。方法:选取2021年2-10月广东省博罗县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的疑似子宫内膜异位症患者57例作为研究对象进行经阴道超声检查。以手术病理结果为诊断“金标准”,对患者经阴道B型超声诊断结果、诊断符合率、诊断灵敏度、诊断特异度进行计算。结果:子宫内膜异位症患者经阴道B型超声诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度与手术病理结果相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫内膜异位症经阴道B型超声结果普遍显示为不规则形态病灶、内部低回声、不均匀分布,边缘粗糙,病灶可见条索状或点状血流信号。结论:在子宫内膜异位症患者的临床诊断中,采取经阴道B型超声检查具有很高的诊断价值,获得图像清晰,诊断准确性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal B-mode ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometriosis.Methods:From February to October 2021,57 patients with suspected endometriosis who were admitted to the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Boluo County,Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects for transvaginal ultrasonography.Taking surgical and pathological results as the"gold standard"for diagnosis,the results of transvaginal B-mode ultrasonography,diagnostic coincidence rate,diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic specificity were calculated.Results:There was no significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of transvaginal B-mode ultrasonography with the results of surgery and pathology in patients with endometriosis(P>0.05).Transvaginal B-mode ultrasonography of endometriosis generally showed irregular morphological lesions,internal hypoechoic,uneven distribution,rough edges,and streak-like or punctate blood flow signals in the lesions.Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of patients with endometriosis,transvaginal B-mode ultrasonography has high diagnostic value,obtains clear images,and has high diagnostic accuracy.
