品管圈管理改进对静配中心药物配置工作质量与效率的影响

Influence of Quality Control Circle Management Improvement on Quality and Efficiency of Drug Dispensing Work in Static Dispensing Center

目的:探讨品管圈管理改进措施对静配中心药物配置工作质量和效率的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月广州医科大学附属第四医院推行品管圈管理改革前、后参与临床配药工作的10名操作人员与17785例药物配置事件作为研究对象,2021年1-6月品管圈管理改进前为对照组,2021年7月-2022年1月品管圈管理改进后作为观察组。回顾性分析改进前后工作人员的工作质量、效率及出错率。结果:观察组工作人员工作质量评分高于对照组,贴标签时间、排药时间、配药时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员配药过程错误率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对静配中心药物配置进行品管圈管理改进,可提高工作人员的工作质量,加快药物配置的工作效率,降低静配中心药物的错误率,减低工作误差。

Objective:To explore the influence of quality control circle management improvement measures on the quality and efficiency of drug dispensing work in static dispensing centers.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,10 operators and 17785 cases of drug configuration events who participated in the clinical dispensing work before and after the implementation of the quality control circle management reform in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.From January 2021 to June 2021,it was the control group before the improvement of the quality control circle management,and from July 2021 to January 2022,it was the observation group after the improvement of the quality control circle management.Retrospectively analyze the work quality,efficiency and error rate of staff before and after improvement.Results:The work quality score of the staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the labeling time,dispensing time,and dispensing time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate of the staff in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement of the quality control circle management for the drug distribution in the static distribution center can improve the work quality of the staff,speed up the work efficiency of the drug distribution,reduce the error rate of the drugs in the static distribution center,and reduce the work error.
