社会工作专业学生专业认同感调研——以四川省成都市某高校为例

Survey on Professional Identity of Students of Social Work Major——Through Taking a College in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province as an Example

为大力推动社会工作人才建设,促进社会工作行业发展,指出社会工作专业存在本科生流失率较高等问题。以四川省成都市某高校社会工作专业本科生为调查研究对象,调查发现虽然学生整体专业认同感处于较高水平,但仍存在较大的个体差异,针对这些问题,从个人、机构、学校和社会四个层面分析产生这些问题的原因,并据此提出相应对策。

In order to greatly promote the talent construction of social work,and promote the development of social work industry,the study points out the problems of social work major,such as the high undergraduate attrition rate.Through taking the undergraduates of social work major in a college in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province as the research objects,the study finds that although the overall level of professional identity of students is high,there is great individual difference.According to the problems,the study analyzes the problems from individuality,institution,school and the society;and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
