互联网环境下高校会计专业学生就业情况调研与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Employment Situation of Accounting Major Students in Colleges and Universities Under Internet Environment

对山东华宇工学院会计专业在校生和毕业生进行问卷调查,调研内容包括会计专业学生就业方式选择和会计专业学生对就业岗位的满意程度,初步总结了相关调研数据。通过调研数据分析了高校会计专业学生的就业现状:对口就业岗位与毕业生人数不对等,就业岗位与学生的心理期望相差较大,跨行业就业与自主创业人数增加。探讨了高校会计专业学生就业影响因素:财经类专业社会影响力较大,市场对专业人才的要求不断提升,学校的教学质量及人才培养水平。通过总结存在的问题,提出有效解决对策,为提升高校会计专业学生就业质量提供科学指导。

The study investigates the internal and graduate students of accounting major in Shandong Huayu University of Technology by questionnaire survey.The content of the investigation includes the employment mode selection of accounting major students,and the satisfaction degree of accounting major students on employment post.The related investigation data is primarily summarized.Through data investigation,the study analyzes the employment situation of accounting major students in colleges and universities,i.e.the number of employment post is not the same with the number of graduates,employment post differs students’psychological expectation,and the number of multi-industry employment and independent entrepreneur increase.Then the study explores the influencing factors of accounting major students of colleges and universities,i.e.the great influence of finance and economics major on the society,the continuously increasing demand of market on professional talents,and teaching quality and talent training level.Through the summary of the problems,effective countermeasures are proposed to provide scientific guidance for the improvement of the employment quality of accounting major students in colleges and universities.
