摘要 基于大学生职业发展与就业指导模块化教学目标,提出了大学生职业发展与就业指导模块化教学设计思路与框架,在分析本专业就业特点的基础上,以“一条主线、四大单元”创设课程框架体系,以学生就业与创业能力的培养为基本主线设计教学方案,确定了职业目标篇、职业意识篇、择业技巧篇、职业实战篇四部分的教学内容。通过课堂讲授与训练相结合、知识传授与个人体验相结合、分班讲学与主题讲座相呼应、开展相关社会调查等方式,有效提升大学生的自我认知水平,使大学生能够从自身实际出发,合理规划自己的学习和实践活动,明确未来的职业发展方向。 Based on the teaching objectives of college student vocational development and vocational counsel modularization,the study proposes the teaching design thinking path and framework of college student vocational development and vocational counsel modularization;analyzes the employment characteristics of the major;designs teaching scheme through taking“one principal line,and four units”as the course framework system and student employment and entrepreneurial ability training as the basic principal line of teaching scheme;and designs four parts of teaching content,including occupation objective,occupational consciousness,occupation selection skill,and actual occupation combat.Through the combination of classroom teaching and training,knowledge teaching with individual experience,class grouping teaching and theme lecture,and the development of related social investigation,etc,college students’self consciousness level can be improved effectively,to make college students to rationally plan their learning and practical activities,and clarify their vocational development orientation in the future according to their actual situation.
