摘要
该文简述曲线桥的预制T梁纵向线形设计和同跨布置误差的监控测算和施工方式,并经过对T梁模板的细部调控,来实现优秀的建筑形象和合格的建筑品质。采用对墩顶垫石、临时支坐和预埋钢管等的检测校正与调节,使T梁架设的建筑差错限定在一种相对较小的范畴内。随着国家在基础工程建设中的投资愈来愈大,预制T梁技术在路面桥梁中的运用也日益普遍,而预制T梁技术的有效运用也促进路面桥梁的建立与发展。
This paper briefly describes the longitudinal alignment design of the precast T-beam of the curved bridge,the monitoring and calculation of the layout error of the same span and the construction mode, and through the detailed regulation and control of the T-beam formwork, the excellent architectural image and qualified architectural quality are realized. By means of inspection, correction and adjustment of pier cushion stone, temporary support and embedded steel pipe, the construction error of T-beam erection is limited to a relatively small category. With the increasing national investment in infrastructure construction, the application of precast T-beam technology in road bridges is becoming increasingly common, and the effective use of precast T-beam technology also promotes the establishment and development of pavement bridges.
