脱叶剂对阿拉尔垦区主栽棉花品种的影响

摘要 通过对机采主栽棉花品种进行脱叶剂敏感性试验,明确不同品种(系)的脱叶剂敏感性;研究分析脱叶剂对品种农艺性状、产量性状、纤维品质性状、脱叶表现影响。试验选择阿拉尔垦区6个主栽品种:塔河2号、新陆中82号、源棉13305、新陆中85号、新陆中78号、中棉所96A,研究脱叶剂对脱叶率、吐絮率、纤维品质与产量构成的影响。试验结果表明:脱叶剂对棉花的影响主要表现在脱叶率与吐絮率上,喷施脱叶剂能够显著提高棉花的脱叶率与吐絮率。本试验中,喷施脱叶剂的处理马克隆值、成熟度、整齐度、短纤维率、强度、产量构成与清水对照不存在显著差异,但是在伸长率上喷施脱叶剂处理显著高于清水对照。 Through the defoliating agent sensitivity test of 6 cotton varieties, the defoliating agent sensitivity of different varieties(lines) is determined. The effects of defoliating agent on agronomic characters, yield characters, fiber quality characters and defoliation performance are studied. Tahe No. 2, Xinluzhong No. 82, Yuanmian No. 13305, Xinluzhong No. 85, Xinluzhong No. 78 and Zhongmiansuo No.96A are selected to study the effects of defoliation agent on defoliation rate, floc opening rate, fiber quality and yield composition. The results show that the effect of defoliating agent on cotton is mainly reflected in the rate of defoliation and the rate of boll production. Spraying defoliating agent could significantly improve the rate of defoliation and the rate of boll production.In this experiment, there are no significant differences in micronucleus value, maturity, uniformity, short fiber percentage, strength and yield composition between the treatment with defoliating agent and the control with clean water, but the elongation of the treatment with defoliating agent is significantly higher than that with clean water.
