中药材绿色养护贮藏库及智能监测与自动报警系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决中药材传统贮藏过程中,硫磺、磷化铝等熏蒸造成二次污染的问题,利用低浓度氧高浓度氮环境设计绿色环保的贮藏库对中药材进行安全绿色贮藏,通过对中药材简易组装式可移动式绿色养护贮藏库的搭建及密封设计和固定式规模化绿色养护贮藏库的内胆、支撑管道、循环通道、导流装置设计、贮藏库内绿色养护气体循环系统的抽真空系统、氮气输入系统和氮气回收系统设计,解决了充氮过程中氮气渗透慢、浓度均匀性差、散热效果差的问题。贮藏库环境智能管理监测报警中的多传感中药材贮藏智能管理设计、氮气浓度智能检测装置设计、智能监测报警装置设计和中药材质量追溯码设计等方面分析阐述中药材绿色贮藏库和智能监测与报警系统设计,解决了中药材贮藏库中温度、湿度和气体浓度检测难度大和质量溯源难的问题,为中药材产业发展提供安全可靠和绿色环保贮藏技术。 In order to solve the problem of secondary pollution caused by fumigation of sulfur and aluminum phosphide during the traditional storage of Chinese herbal medicines, a green and environmentally friendly storage warehouse is designed in the environment of low concentration oxygen and high concentration nitrogen for safe and green storage of Chinese herbal medicines The design of the diversion device, the vacuum pumping system, the nitrogen input system and the nitrogen recovery system of the green curing gas circulation system in the storage have solved the problems of slow nitrogen penetration, poor concentration uniformity and poor heat dissipation effect during the nitrogen filling process. The multi-sensor intelligent management design of Chinese herbal medicine storage, the intelligent detection device design of nitrogen concentration, the intelligent monitoring and alarm device design and the quality traceability code design of Chinese herbal medicine in the intelligent management, monitoring and alarm of the storage environment are analyzed and expounded. The design of the green storage of Chinese herbal medicine and the intelligent monitoring and alarm system solves the problems of the difficulty in detecting temperature, humidity and gas concentration in the storage of Chinese herbal medicine and the difficulty in quality traceability, provide safe, reliable and green storage technology for the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry.
