乡村治理的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Rural Governance

乡村治理不仅关乎农业农村的改革发展,更是党在农村的执政之基,加强和改进乡村治理,是实现乡村全面振兴、推动国家治理能力现代化、满足农民群众美好生活需要的必然要求。针对山西省乡村治理工作面临的问题进行了研究,通过部分地区的典型经验、实践和探索,为山西省乡村治理提供了参考依据。在分析山西省部分地区乡村治理方面突出问题的基础上,根据相关政策有针对性地提出了优化建议。

Rural governance is not only related to the reform and development of agriculture and rural areas, but also the basis of the party’s governance in rural areas. Strengthening and improving rural governance is an inevitable requirement to achieve the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, promote the modernization of national governance capacity, and meet the needs of the farmers for a better life. This paper studies the problems faced by rural governance in Shanxi Province, and provides reference for rural governance in Shanxi Province through typical experience, practice and exploration in some areas. Based on the analysis of the prominent problems in rural governance in some areas of Shanxi Province, the optimization suggestions are put forward according to the relevant policies.
