坤泰胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果及对雌激素的影响

Effect of Kuntai Capsule Combined with Leuproline on Endometriosis and Its Effect on Estrogen

目的 探讨坤泰胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果及对雌激素的影响。方法 选取2020年9月—2021年8月收治的子宫内膜异位症200例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组给予坤泰胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗,对照组给予亮丙瑞林治疗,均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、FSH、LH、E_(2)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低程度大于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 坤泰胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症,可明显提高疗效,减轻疼痛程度,减少雌激素分泌,且治疗安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai Capsule combined with Leuprorelin in the treatment of endometriosis and its effect on estrogen. Methods A total of 200 cases of endometriosis who were admitted from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Kuntai Capsules combined with Leuprolide, and the control group was treated with Leuprolide. Both groups were treated for 3 consecutive months. The clinical efficacy, visual analogue scale(VAS) score, follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E_(2)) levels, and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the VAS scores, FSH, LH, and E_(2) levels in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the degree of decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Kuntai Capsules combined with Leuprolide in the treatment of endometriosis can significantly improve the curative effect, and reduce the pain and the secretion of estrogen, and the treatment safety is good.
