维持性血液透析患者血清镁、PTH、IL-β水平及与脂质代谢的相关性

Correlation Between the Serum Mg, PTH, IL-β Levels and Lipid Metabolism in Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者血清镁、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)及白细胞介素-β(IL-β)水平及与脂质代谢的关系。方法 选取2017年1月—2020年12月行维持性血液透析86例作为研究组,同时纳入同期86例接受健康体检的健康志愿者作为对照组。观察2组血清镁、PTH及IL-β水平和脂质代谢指标[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)]水平,分析维持性血液透析患者血清镁、PTH及IL-β水平与脂质代谢指标的相关性。结果 研究组PTH及IL-β水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组HDL-C低于对照组,LDL-C及TG显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。维持性血液透析患者血清镁水平与HDL-C水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与LDL-C水平呈显著负相关(P<0.01);血清PTH及IL-β水平与LDL-C、TG水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 脂代谢紊乱是维持性血液透析患者的常见并发症,血清镁、PTH及IL-β水平在维持性血液透析患者中升高,其与脂质代谢存在一定相关性。

Objective To investigate the levels of serum magnesium(Mg), parathyroid hormone(PTH) and interleukin-β(IL-β) in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and their relationship with lipid metabolism. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research group, and 86 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included as the control group. Serum Mg, PTH and IL-β levels, and lipid metabolism indexes [high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), triacylglycerol(TG)] levels were observed in the two groups. The correlation between serum Mg, PTH and IL-β levels and lipid metabolism indexes in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis was analyzed. Results The level of PTH and IL-β in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). HDL-C in the research group was lower than that in the control group, while LDL-C and TG were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between serum Mg level and HDL-C level in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(P<0.05), and significant negative correlation between serum Mg level and LDL-C level(P<0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between serum PTH, IL-β and levels of LDL-C and TG(P<0.05). Conclusion Lipid metabolism disorder is a common complication in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Serum Mg, PTH and IL-β levels were increased in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, which was correlated with lipid metabolism.
