摘要
以西南地区某铁路隧道衬砌产生多处裂缝的实际情况为例,通过现场检测获取裂缝的宽度、深度和位置数据,简要分析了裂缝的成因,借用有限元数值模拟分析手段,采用衬砌厚度折减的方式模拟裂缝损伤,计算得出衬砌的安全系数,通过对比规范规定的最小安全系数得出隧道衬砌危险裂缝深度,并为隧道衬砌裂缝整治提供依据和处置建议。
This paper takes the actual situation of a railway tunnel lining in the southwest region with multiple cracks as an example,obtains the width,depth and location data of the cracks through on-site inspection,briefly analyzes the causes of the cracks,through the means of finite element numerical simulation analysis,adopts the lining thickness reduction method to simulate the crack damage,calculates the safety factor of the lining,by comparing the minimum safety coefficients specified in the code,the depth of dangerous cracks in tunnel lining is derived,and provides the basis and disposal suggestions for tunnel lining crack remediation.
