摘要
针对传统满堂支架和现有移动支架施工技术的弊端,依托福州某地铁车辆段工程项目,提出了一种模块化可移动支架的快速施工技术,完成了模块化可移动支架施工技术的完整施工流程设计,研发了与施工技术相配套的支架搬运车,并应用于地铁车辆段工程的施工现场。结果表明:这种施工技术具有减少拆装工作量,缩短工期,减少损耗,降低成本,组装灵活,机动性强等显著优势。
To solve the problem of traditional full framing and existing movable support construction technology,a rapid construction technology of modular movable support was proposed based on a metro depot project in Fuzhou.The whole construction process design of modular movable support construction technology was completed.The support carrier matching the construction technology was developed and applied to the construction site of metro depot project.The results show that this construction technology has significant advantages such as reducing disassembly workload,shortening construction period,reducing loss,reducing cost,flexible assembly and strong mobility.
