摘要
下行式移动模架在超跨径、小曲线、富水区条件下,面临过跨难、易侧倾翻、模架拼装场地受限等难题,通过对超跨径小曲线富水区段移动模架行走过跨施工技术进行研究,较传统主鼻梁拴接曲线段无法过跨、重复拆装转场倒退过跨或搭设满堂架过跨通道,该施工技术降低了设备拆装转场成本,减少施工干扰,减低了安拆风险,并有效缩短了施工工期。
Under the conditions of super span,small curve and water rich area,the downward mobile formwork is faced with problems such as difficult span,easy rollover and limited formwork assembly site.Through the research on the construction technology of the mobile formwork in the water rich section of super span small curve,compared with the traditional bolted curve section of the main nose bridge,witch is impossible to cross the span,repeatedly disassemble and transfer the field,reverse the span or erect a full frame cross passage,the mobile formwork construction can reduce the cost of equipment disassembly and transfer,reduce construction interference,reduces the risk of installation and disassembly,and effectively shorten the construction period.
