Paper analyzes the technological process and technical management points of building decoration construction.The results show that the application parameters of decoration technology are the key to quality influence and need to be strictly controlled.And the construction unit must do a good job in the preparatory work,scientifically compile the project plan,make clear the technological process and technical standards,and take them as the guiding documents for the construction of decoration engineering to ensure the quality of engineering construction.
