摘要
在数字经济时代,伴随着数字技术的快速发展及其与传统产业的深度融合,全球汽车行业正迎来颠覆性的全方位业务数字化转型——数字技术驱动的全流程业务创新和管理变革。汽车产业作为我国实体经济中的支柱产业,应坚持以服务实体经济为导向,通过柔性生产、个性化服务满足客户差异化需求,更好地实现价值创造,共建数字新生态;应乘智能网联之风,通过数字化转型升级,从传统整车销售业务向“产品+服务”模式转变。本文站在宏观视角,浅析汽车行业如何通过跨界融合、知识资源整合进行业务创新,以数字赋能业务,开启数字创新生态建设,明确未来发展方向。
In the era of digital economy,with the rapid development of digital technology and its deep integration with traditional industries,the global automotive industry is ushering in a subversive all-round business digital transformation,that is the whole-process business innovation and management reform driven by digital technology.As the pillar industry of China’s real economy,the automobile industry should adhere to serving the real economy as the guidance,meet the differentiated needs of customers through flexible production and personalized service,better realize value creation and build a new digital ecology.Taking advantage of the wind of intelligent network connection,the company has transformed from the traditional vehicle sales business to the"product+service"model through digital transformation and upgrading.From a macro perspective,this paper analyzes how the automobile industry can carry out business innovation through cross-border integration and knowledge resource integration,and start digital innovation ecological construction and clarify the future development direction with digital enabling business.
