摘要
车轮双轴测试是模拟车轮在实际行驶过程中受到径向和侧向载荷作用的工况,能够较为准确真实的反应车轮在行驶过程中的实际受力状态。本文简要的介绍了车轮双轴疲劳测试设备的发展历程及相关设备的结构形式特点,并逐一对目前行业内已公开的车轮双轴疲劳测试标准进行介绍及比对分析。从原理上分析了车轮总成动平衡对双轴测试载荷的影响,并给出了径向波动力的具体计算方法。
Wheel biaxial test is to simulate condition of radial and lateral loads on the wheel in the actual driving process.which could accurately reflect the actual stress state of the wheel during driving.This paper briefly introduces the development process of wheel biaxial fatigue testing equipment and the structural forms and characteristics of relevant equipment,and introduces and compares the published wheel biaxial fatigue testing standards one by one.The influence of dynamic balance of wheel assembly on biaxial test load is analyzed in principle,and the specific calculation method of radial force variation first harmonic is given.
