探究校企协同的《奔驰汽车电气》课程思政建设

摘要 随着社会的持续发展与进步,企业逐渐注重应聘员工的质量,但职业院校在培育技术型人才这一层面尚未跟随时代步伐,人才供求层面冲突未有效缓解。当前的应试教育背景下,课程思政教育的认知度与了解度不足,教学层面理论与实践脱离的情况普遍存在。针对以上问题,探究校企协同育人模式下的课程思政建设工作,以此构建教育教学全新格局,充分发挥课程思政育人的效用,供后续研究人员有效参考。 With the continuous development and progress of the society,enterprises have gradually paid attention to the quality of employees,but vocational colleges have not followed the pace of the times in cultivating technical talents,and the conflict between talent supply and demand has not been effectively alleviated.Under the current background of exam-oriented education,the awareness and understanding of curriculum ideological and political education is insufficient,and the separation of theory and practice at the teaching level is common.In response to the above problems,this paper explores the ideological and political construction of the curriculum under the school-enterprise collaborative education model,so as to build a new pattern of education and teaching,give full play to the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the curriculum,and provide effective reference for subsequent researchers.
