欧盟新电池法修订进展及对国内企业应对的启示

EU new Battery Regulation amending process and its Enlightenment to Chinese Enterprises

随着全球绿色低碳环保发展的关注度越发高涨,电池产品作为消费品中不可或缺的高附加值产品,其全生命周期管理成为重点,欧盟针对电池全价值链的可持续发展提出了一系列重要举措,欧盟新电池法的起草是其中关键内容。本文从欧盟新电池法的推出背景及历程、新法规的最新修订要点出发进行简析,并给予国内企业应对欧盟新电池法的一些意见和建议。

With the increasing development of the global green low-carbon,battery products,as an indispensable high value-added product in consumer goods,have become the key point of their life cycle management.The European Union has put forward a series of important measures for the sustainable development of the whole value chain of batteries,among which the drafting of the new EU battery Law is the key content.This paper analyzes the background and process of the new European battery regulation and the main points of the latest revision of the new regulation,at last it gives some opinions and suggestions for domestic enterprises to make compliance strategy for the new EU battery regulation.
