车身是一个复杂的组合体,也是整车电器、内饰、外饰、附件等零件的载体,车身精度的好坏直接影响整车装配后品质及质量,车身精度的研究至关重要,导致车身精度的偏差因素有很多:公差设定、公差分配、基准选择、加工工艺等,本文主要从设计前期影响因素分析,对车身精度进行探讨。
