首先对车门窗框总成制造过程中所涉及的辊压成形、拉弯、焊接、切角打磨返修等工艺过程进行了详细的讲解。结合生产实际,从整车DTS及使用功能要求入手,对制造过程中的重点和难点进行了分析,给出精度保证方案。

This paper elaborates the series of processes taken place over the car door window frame manufacturing,such as roll forming,stretch bending,welding,chamfer polishing and refurbishing.By taking the actual production conditions into consideration,the DTS and the functional requirements for the entire car were first addressed,after which the key and difficult points found throughout the manufacturing were analyzed to put forward a precision guaranteeing scheme.
