汽车制造主要包括冲焊涂总四大工艺,其中焊接工艺作为重要的环节,其过程控制的精度以及一致性直接保证了后工序总装车间在生产装配过程,整车制造一致性的好坏是顾客较为重视且可以直接感受到。本文结合实际的生产质量管理经验,重点对影响整车装配一致性的焊装白车身制造过程的关键点尺寸选取、控制手法进行了阐述。

Automobile manufacturing mainly includes four processes of punching,welding and coating.As an important link,the accuracy and consistency of welding process control directly ensure the production and assembly process of post process assembly workshop.The quality of vehicle manufacturing consistency is valued by customers and can be directly felt.Combined with the actual production quality management experience,this paper focuses on the key points,size selection and control methods in the manufacturing process of welded BIW,which affect the assembly consistency of the whole vehicle.
