“经营村庄”视域下的舟山嵊泗县民宿集群化研究

Study on the Cluster of Homestay in Shengsi County of Zhoushan from the Perspective of“Management Village”

作为享有盛名的海岛旅游地之一,舟山群岛展现出其强劲的竞争力,但在国内乡村旅游市场经历转型升级以及后疫情时代的背景下,作为其生力军的民宿产业也遭遇重创。为此,将舟山嵊泗县民宿集群作为经营村庄中的典型进行研究,是针对当今旅游消费市场住宿高品质需求、推动嵊泗民宿升级,品牌提升为疫情后海岛民宿业恢复及高质量发展提供有效性解决方案的途径。本文基于后疫情时代下经营乡村的视角,分析嵊泗列岛嵊泗县民宿集群化的发展历程、对未来嵊泗县民宿发展战略提出对策建议。研究显示:将民宿产业集群化纳入“经营村庄”的范畴内进行考虑,使基层政府的权力得以体现,有利于缓解后疫情时代的民宿产业压力,培育民宿地域品牌,推动本土民宿产业升级。

As one of the well-known island tourism destinations in the public perception,Zhoushan Islands has shown its strong competitiveness.However,in the context of the transformation and upgrading of the domestic rural tourism market and the post-epidemic era,the home stay industry,as its new force,has also suffered a heavy blow.Therefore,the study of zhoushan Shengsi homestay cluster as a typical management village is an effective means to meet the high quality demand of the current tourism market,promote the upgrading of Shengsi homestay and brand promotion,and also provides effective solutions for the recovery and high-quality development of island homestay industry after the epidemic.Based on the perspective of village management in the post-epidemic era,the development process of homestay clustering in Shengsi County of Shengsi Islands was analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the development strategy of homestay cluster in Shengsi County in the future.The homestay industry cluster should be considered in the category of“management village”,so that the power of the grass-roots government can be reflected,which is conducive to relieving the pressure of the homestay industry in the post-epidemic era,cultivating the regional brand of homestay industry,and promoting the upgrading of the local homestay industry.
