肿瘤类器官与免疫细胞共培养模型研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress of co-culture models of tumor organoids and immune cells

摘要 随着免疫学以及免疫疗法的高速发展,深入地了解免疫细胞与肿瘤细胞之间的相互作用及机制,以改善免疫疗法的临床效果、开发新的治疗方法越来越具备可能性及重要性。传统二维细胞培养存在各种方面的限制,而新型的类器官初步具备了起源组织复杂的细胞微环境,且在基因组及分子标志等方面,与体内来源组织或器官高度相似。类器官与免疫细胞共培养的环境使类器官的体外培养增加了免疫细胞浸润的环境刺激,更贴近体内生长环境,为自身免疫疾病、肿瘤及其相关免疫疗法等研究提供理想的实验平台。现就肿瘤类器官与免疫细胞共培养的研究进展以及两者相互作用的可能机制作简要综述。 With the rapid development of immunology and immunotherapy,it is increasingly possible and important to understand the interaction and mechanism between immune cells and tumor cells in order to improve the clinical effect of immunotherapy and develop new treatment methods.Traditional two-dimensional cell culture has various limitations,and the new organoids summarize the complex environment of the original tissue,and are highly similar to the original tissue or organ in vivo in terms of genome and molecular markers.The co-culture system of organoids and immune cells creates an immune environment which mimics the tumor microenvironment in vivo and provides an ideal experimental platform for autoimmune diseases,tumor immune research and immunotherapy.This article reviewed the progress of the co-culture system of tumor organoids and immune cells and the mechanism of their interaction.
