摘要
类器官作为近年来新兴的体外基础研究模型,具有类似真实器官的复杂结构及细胞类型,能模拟原始组织或器官的生理功能。胰腺作为人体内的特殊脏器,包含了内、外分泌腺。虽目前来源于成体组织及多能干细胞的胰腺导管和胰岛样类器官已在体外实现长期扩增,但胰腺类器官技术的发展依然面临许多挑战,建立更贴近人体真实情况的复合型胰腺类器官依然是亟待解决的研究难点。现就胰腺的发育过程、现有胰腺类器官模型的构建方法及其相关应用的研究进展作一综述。
As a new in vitro basic research model in recent years,organoids have complex structures and cell types similar to real organs,and can simulate the physiological function of primitive tissues or organs.As a special organ in human body,pancreas contains internal and external secretory glands.Although pancreatic ducts and islet like organs derived from adult tissues and pluripotent stem cells have been expanded in vitro for a long time,the development of pancreatic organoid technology still faces many challenges,and the establishment of complex pancreatic organoids closer to the real situation of human body is still a research difficulty that needs to be solved urgently.This paper reviewed the development of pancreas,the construction methods of existing pancreatic organoid models and their related applications.
