白云金矿基于SVM地球化学行为的成矿过程研究

摘要 白云金矿是辽宁东部地区重要的金矿典型矿床之一,本文以白云金矿11号矿体的组合分析数据为样本,利用基于径向基(Radial Basis Function,RBF)核函数的支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)算法进行银、铜、铅、锌元素质量分数与金元素质量分数的相关性分析,进而分析基于SVM的金矿地球化学行为的成矿过程。以银、铜、铅、锌元素质量分数作为输入值,以金元素质量分数作为输出值,通过银、铜、铅、锌元素质量分数计算出的金元素计算值与原值进行拟合分析。拟合分析结果显示,偏差曲线拟合效果很好,方差小于2×10^(-6),说明银、铜、铅、锌元素作为金矿成矿的共伴生元素,在金元素成矿过程中起到了不可或缺的作用。根据金与共伴生元素地球化学行为的分析结果,进行了白云金矿成矿过程的综合研究,推测在已发现金矿床的周边和较深部具有良好的富矿潜力,为下一步找矿工作提供了相关依据。 Baiyun gold mine is one of the important typical gold deposits in Eastern Liaoning.Taking the combined analysis data of No.11 ore body of Baiyun gold mine as a sample,this paper uses the support vector machine(SVM)algorithm based on radial basis kernel function to analyze the correlation between the mass fraction of silver,copper,lead and zinc and the mass fraction of gold,Then the metallogenic process based on the geochemical behavior of gold deposit by the SVM method is analyzed.The mass fraction of silver,copper,lead and zinc are taken as the input values and the mass fraction of gold is taken as the output value.The calculated value of gold element calculated by the mass fraction of silver,copper,lead and zinc is fitted with the original value.According to the fitting analysis results,the fitting effect of deviation curve is very good,and the variance is less than 2×10^(-6).It shows that silver,copper,lead and zinc,as the co-associated elements of gold mineralization,play an indispensable role in the process of gold mineralization.According to the analysis results of the geochemical behavior of gold and co-associated elements,a comprehensive study on the metallogenic process of Baiyun gold deposit is carried out.It is speculated that there has good rich potential in the surrounding and deeper parts of discovered gold deposits,which provides a relevant basis for the next prospecting work.
