环境噪声监测技术的完善策略

为降低噪声污染,提升噪声监测水平和质量,介绍了噪声污染特性和噪声监测条件,指出了环境噪声监测中存在的不足,包括选择监测位置不合理,误差修正情况不准确,环境噪声监测仪器选择不当等。提出了环境噪声监测改进及技术策略:加强环境噪声监测资金投入,提高监测设备精准度,提高监测人员的综合素质,提高监测科学性,科学选择监测位置,提高监测质量,减少现场干扰,提高监测结果的准确性,对监测值进行及时修正,提高监测结果的真实性,实现噪声监测自动化。应用数据挖掘技术,及时了解噪声源情况,根据实际情况实行整改措施,加强环境噪声监测质量,为管理部门提供可信的监测数据。

In order to decrease the noise pollution,and improve noise monitoring level and quality,the study introduces the characteristics of noise pollution and noise monitoring condition;and points out the disadvantages of environmental noise monitoring,such as the irrational selection of monitoring location,inaccurate error verification,and improper selection of environmental noise monitoring equipment,etc.Strategies for environmental noise monitoring and improvement are proposed,i.e.to strengthen the capital investment in environmental noise monitoring,improve the accuracy of monitoring equipment,improve the quality of inspectors,improve monitoring science nature,scientifically select monitoring position,improve monitoring quality,reduce site interference,improve the accuracy of monitoring results,timely verify monitoring value,improve the accuracy of monitoring results,and realize noise monitoring automation.It is suggested to apply data mining,timely know noise source situation,implement improvement measures according to accurate situation,strengthen environment noise monitoring quality,and provide reliable monitoring data for the administrative department.
