摘要
为解决水利工程信息资料管理存在的不全面、不及时、管理混乱和效率低下等问题,利用电子信息技术开发了一套能够便捷查询和下载信息资料的水利工程信息管理系统。运用Java语言开发了信息管理软件,基于SQL Sever数据库创建了水利信息资料数据库,通过Java数据库连接技术实现了水利工程信息管理。该系统具有丰富、全面的水利工程信息数据,包含天然水系数据、水利工程建设数据、水利工程运行数据、行政管理数据4类资料。该系统的广泛应用可提高水利工程信息数据管理效率,使其价值得到充分利用。
In order to solve the incomplete,not timely,disorder and low efficient management of hydraulic engineering information materials,the study uses the hydraulic engineering information management system which is convenient to be inquired and downloaded through using electronic information technology.Then the study explores the information management software through Java language,establishes hydraulic engineering information based on SQL Sever data base,and realizes hydraulic engineering information management through Java data base connection technology.The system includes four kinds of rich and comprehensive hydraulic engineering information data:natural drainage data,hydraulic engineering construction data,hydraulic engineering operation data and public administration.The extensive application of the system can improve the efficiency of hydraulic engineering data management,and it is worth full application.
