In order to promote the efficiency of green construction design,rationally develop architecture data analysis and checking computations,and improve architecture quality,the study points out the importance of BIM technology in green construction design,analyzes the application of BIM technology in the pre-design phase and design of green construction,including rational analysis of site atmosphere,design site,road layout and architecture body type design,building drainage and day lighting design,external wall heat preservation and electric energy,light design,stimulation site noise and energy consumption.The application of BIM technology in green construction design can guarantee the smooth development of the design,save design time,improve the rationality of green construction design,and improve the development of green construction.
