摘要
为促进高校毕业生顺利就业,采用调查问卷形式,分析了网络招聘对高校毕业生就业的影响。此次调查问卷共发放300份,有效问卷286份。研究结果表明,网络招聘模式能够使高校毕业生提高就业认知水平,激发就业积极性,明确就业规划。指出了网络招聘模式的优势,包括信息全面清晰,符合高校毕业生交流方式及其发展特点。从学生、高校层面提出措施:要加强心理素质教育,增强学生自信心与创新创业能力,丰富其专业知识,提高专业技能,增加就业竞争力。高校应重视学生实践能力及个人信息保护意识等方面的培养,强化大学生自我发展能力,确保就业质量,提高向社会输出高质量人才的效率。
In order to promote the smooth employment of college graduates,the study adopts investigation questionnaire,and analyzes the influence of network recruitment on the employment of college graduates.The study has issued 300 questionnaires,including 286 valid ones.The results show that network recruitment mode can improve employment cognition level of college graduates,stimulate employment enthusiasm,and clarify employment planning.Then the study points out the advantages of network recruitment mode,including comprehensive and clear information which accords with the college graduates’communication method and their development characteristics.The countermeasures are proposed from student and college level,i.e.to strengthen psychological quality education,strengthen students’confidence,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,enrich their professional knowledge,improve professional skill,and strengthen employment competition.Colleges should focus on the cultivation of students’practical ability and individual information protection consciousness,etc,promote college students’self development ability,ensure employment quality,and promote the efficiency of high qualified talents cultivation.
