In order to achieve the high qualified employment of college graduates,and add alive power into all industries in the society,the study analyzes employment types of college graduates in China.Under the background of digital economic development,some college graduates will choose large internet enterprises,and more and more graduates will choose e-commerce industry.The analysis of employment trend of college graduates shows that the trend of college graduates returning to their hometowns to find jobs and starting businesses has gradually emerged.Through taking digital economy as the development opportunity,the countermeasures are proposed for the improvement of employment quality,i.e.college graduates should change employment concept,and colleges should establish employment guidance platform,to better promote the employment of college graduates,and realize the stable development of the society.
