高校非通用语种专业大学生就业现状分析

Analysis of the Employment Status of College Students Majoring in Non-common Languages

为进一步提升非通用语种专业大学生的就业质量,在相关研究基础上就非通用语种专业及其毕业生就业现状进行分析。结果表明:我国高校开设的非通用语种专业逐渐增多,一部分非通用语种专业毕业生会进入工作岗位,大多数选择事业单位、民营企业或国企,另一部分会选择留在国内或是去国外继续深造。高校应与时俱进,运用数字技术建立就业指导平台,加强对外合作,不断拓展学生视野,让学生真正了解就业形势,学会辨别就业质量,增强学生将理论运用于社会实践的能力,使其更好地服务于社会发展。

In order to further improve the employment quality of college students majoring in non-common languages,the study analyzes the present situation of non-common languages major and its graduates based on related researches.The results show that the number of non-common languages major of colleges in China increases gradually.Some graduates majoring non-common languages will enter working post.Most of them choose to work in public institutions,private enterprises or state-owned enterprises.Others will choose further study at home or abroad.Colleges should keep pace with the times,establish employment guidance platform through digital technology;strengthen international cooperation;continuously widen students’view;make students know employment situation,learn to distinguish employment quality;increase students’ability to apply theory into social practice,to help them to better serve for the development of the society.
