摘要
【目的】探讨血尿酸(UA)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与帕金森病(PD)发病相关性。【方法】收集2019年1月至2020年8月在本院诊治的136例PD患者(PD组)和91例健康体检者(对照组),比较两组UA、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平;根据Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分期将PD患者分为早期、中期、晚期三个亚组,比较不同亚组UA水平;采用二元Logistic回归分析PD发病的影响因素。【结果】PD组UA、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。PD组男性UA水平显著低于对照组男性(P<0.05);PD组女性UA水平与对照组女性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同分期PD患者UA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示:UA、HDL-C水平与PD发病相关,高血UA、高HDL-C水平是PD发病的保护性因素。【结论】血UA及HDL-C水平与PD发病相关。
【Objective】To explore the relationship between serum uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and the onset of Parkinson's disease(PD).【Methods】A total of 136 PD patients(PD group)and 91 healthy persons(control group)treated in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were collected,and the levels of UA,TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were compared between the two groups;According to Hoehn Yahr(H-Y)stage,PD patients were divided into three subgroups:early stage,middle stage and late stage,and the UA levels of different subgroups were compared;The influencing factors of PD incidence were analyzed by binary logistic regression.【Results】The levels of UA,TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in the PD group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The UA level in the PD group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in UA level between women in the PD group and those in the control group(P>0.05).The UA level of PD patients in different stages was significantly different(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that UA and HDL-C levels were correlated with the onset of PD,and high blood UA and HDL-C levels were protective factors for the onset of PD.【Conclusion】The levels of UA and HDL-C are related to the pathogenesis of PD.
