摘要
金银共伴生矿物是重要的贵金属资源,其高效综合利用一直是研究的热点及难点。以云南某金银铁共伴生矿氰化尾渣为研究对象,工艺矿物学研究结果显示,银主要以类质同象的形式赋存于铁锰氧化物、尤其是铅硬锰矿中,直接氰化浸出的方式难以获得良好的浸出效果,只有通过破坏包裹矿物的晶体结构才能得到有效回收。通过系统研究,提出了尾矿“酸浸预处理-氰化浸出”工艺,试验获得了良好的技术指标,金、银浸出率分别为55.73%和75.35%,有效回收了尾矿中的金和银,该工艺为该尾矿资源综合利用提供了技术支撑,同时也为复杂难处理金银矿的高效利用提供了有益参考。
Gold and silver associated minerals were important precious metals resources, and their efficient comprehensive utilization had always been a hot and difficult research topic.A gold and silver and iron in Yunnan were associated ore cyanide tailings as the research object, process mineralogy research results showed that silver was mainly in the form of a class with quality like occurrence in iron manganese oxide, especially lead psilomelane, direct cyanidation leaching way was difficult to obtain good effect, only by destroying the parcel mineral crystal structure could be effectively recycled.Through systematic research, the process of "acid leaching pretreatment-cyanidation leaching" of tailings was proposed, and good technical indicators were obtained in the test.Gold and silver leaching rates were 55.73% and 75.35% respectively, effectively recovering gold and silver in tailings.This process provided technical support for comprehensive utilization of tailings resources.It also provided useful reference for efficient utilization of complex refractory gold and silver ores.
