青海某低品位铅锌矿床中伴生铜资源的综合回收工艺 被引量:3

Comprehensive Recovery Process of Associated Copper Resources from a Low-grade Lead-Zinc Deposit in Qinghai Province

摘要 针对青海某低品位铅锌矿床中的伴生铜资源,采用“铜铅混合浮选-铜铅分离”的工艺流程,铜铅混合浮选采用25~#黑药作为捕收剂,在弱碱介质下实现了铜铅矿物的高效同步富集,铜铅分离首先采用活性炭脱药,然后采用浮铜抑铅的工艺流程,选择羧甲基纤维素和水玻璃组合做铅矿物抑制剂,Z-200作为铜捕收剂,实现了铜铅浮选分离,最终在原矿铜品位0.12%的情况下,获得了铜品位24.56%的铜精矿,铜总回收率达到了75.92%,实现了低品位铅锌矿床中伴生铜资源的高效利用。 In view of the associated copper resources in a low-grade lead-zinc deposit in Qinghai province, the process of copper-lead bulk flotation and copper-lead separation was adopted.The copper-lead bulk flotation used dithiocarbamate as collector, and realized the efficient and synchronous enrichment of copper-lead minerals in weak alkali medium.The copper-lead separation first used activated carbon to remove reagent, and then used the process flow of floating copper and inhibiting lead.The flotation separation of lead and copper was realized by using carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium silicate as depressant of lead minerals and Z-200 as copper collector.Finally, copper concentrate with copper grade of 24.56% was obtained at copper grade of 0.12%,and the total copper recovery reached 75.92%,which realized the efficient utilization of associated copper resources in low-grade lead-zinc deposits.
