新疆某复杂硫化铁铅锌矿可选性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 试样为含铅、锌、铜、银、铁等复杂有用组分的硫化铁铅锌矿。从试样的工艺矿物学研究出发,确定了优先浮选铅锌-磁选铁的选矿工艺流程。在条件试验基础上,确定了最佳的选矿工艺参数,通过全流程闭路试验,取得了良好的分选指标:铅精矿铅品位57.93%,铅回收率90.93%;锌精矿锌品位49.97%,锌回收率83.95%;铁精矿铁品位65.08%,铁回收率47.30%;铜、银在铅精矿中富集,铟在锌精矿中富集。研究成果为矿山设计提供了依据,对加强我国复杂硫化铅锌矿的分离研究具有重要的意义。 The sample was an iron-lead-zinc sulfide ore containing complex useful components of lead, zinc, copper, silver and iron.Based on the process mineralogy study of the samples, the technological flow of priority flotation of lead-zinc and magnetic iron separation was determined.A variety of condition tests were carried out and the best process parameters were determined.Through the closed-circuit tests of the whole process, good separation indexes were obtained, in which Pb grade and Pb recovery of lead concentrate were 57.93% and 90.93%,Zn grade and Zn recovery of zinc concentrate were 49.97% and 83.95%,Fe grade and Fe recovery of iron concentrate were 65.08% and 47.30%.Copper and silver are enriched in lead concentrate and indium was enriched in zinc concentrate.The research results provided a basis for mine design and had important significance for strengthening the separation research of complex useful components of lead-zinc sulfide ore in China.
