摘要 选矿装备作为资源综合利用的关键设备近几年得到迅速发展。在技术参数、选矿指标方面有了明显的进步和提高,呈现出大型化、专业化、自动化、智能化的特点。伴随着加工制造机床的加工精度和智能化程度提升,选矿装备的制造精度和一致性方面也有了质的飞跃。如何实现选矿装备在加工制造中的质量提高,备品备件的一致性和互换性的经济适用,是当前矿山设备,特别是选矿设备制造厂家面临的急需解决的课题。本文主要就选矿装备中的磁选机和浮选机的现状和制造加工的质量提升及成本降低提出建议。 Mineral processing equipment as a key equipment for comprehensive utilization of resources has been developed rapidly in recent years.In terms of technical parameters and mineral processing indicators, it has made significant progress and improvement, showing the characteristics of large-scale, professional, automatic and intelligent.With the improvement of processing accuracy and intelligence of manufacturing machine tools, the manufacturing accuracy and consistency of mineral processing equipment have also made a qualitative leap.How to improve the quality of mineral processing equipment in the processing and manufacturing, the consistency of spare parts and the economic application of interchangeability are the current mining equipment, especially mineral processing equipment manufacturers are the urgent problem to be solved.The present situation of magnetic separator and flotation machine in beneficiation equipment and the quality improvement and cost reduction of manufacturing process are proposed.
