摘要
砜类化合物是有机合成中重要的多功能中间体,广泛应用于环保、材料、生物医药等领域。砜的合成方法主要有硫醚氧化、二氧化硫加成、傅克磺酰化和过渡金属催化偶联等。硫醚氧化是当前最直接有效的方法,H_(2)O_(2)因具有操作安全、经济环保、反应成熟等特点,是绿色化学发展中最具有潜力的氧化剂之一。本文对近年来国内外有关H_(2)O_(2)氧化硫醚制备砜类化合物的合成策略进行了综述。
Sulfones are important multifunctional intermediates in organic synthesis and are widely used in environmental protection, materials, biomedicine and other fields. The synthesis methods of sulfones mainly include thioether oxidation, sulfur dioxide addition, Friedel-Crafts sulfonylation and transition metal catalyzed coupling. Sulfide oxidation is the most direct and effective method at present. H_(2)O_(2) is one of the most potential oxidants in the development of green chemistry due to its characteristics of safe operation, economical environmental protection, and mature reaction. In this paper, the synthesis strategies of HOoxidation of sulfide to prepare sulfones in recent years are reviewed at home and abroad.
