细菌纤维素覆膜硅油纸制备食品包装材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究一种培养薄膜细菌纤维素复合材料用作食品包装材料的可行性。方法:以涂布硅油纸为基体材料,通过添加木醋杆菌菌液培养基进行浅盘培养,可得到细菌纤维素薄膜制备覆膜材料。结果:细菌纤维素薄膜可和硅油纸紧密结合,覆膜细菌纤维素产量随着培养基用量的增加而增加。添加浓度为5%的蒙脱土悬浮液,可得到最高细菌纤维素产量;添加浓度为8%的蒙脱土悬浮液,其阻水性能最好。结论:红茶培养基比传统常规培养基更能促进细菌纤维素的生产。在培养基中添加不同浓度的蒙脱土悬浮液可同时改善细菌纤维素产量、覆膜表面的耐水性能和复合材料的机械性能。 Objective: To study the feasibility of a cultured film bacterial cellulose composite material as a food packaging material. Methods: Using coated silicone oil paper as base material, adding Acetobacter xylinum culture medium for shallow plate culture, bacterial cellulose film can be obtained to prepare film coating material. Results: The bacterial cellulose film could be closely combined with the silicone oil paper, and the yield of the coated bacterial cellulose increased with the increase of the medium amount. Adding 5%montmorillonite suspension can get the highest yield of bacterial cellulose;adding 8% montmorillonite suspension, its water blocking performance is the best. Conclusion: The black tea medium can promote the production of bacterial cellulose more than the traditional conventional medium. The addition of different concentrations of montmorillonite suspensions to the culture medium can simultaneously improve the cellulose yield, the water resistance of the film surface and the mechanical properties of the composites.
