摘要
电子系统的不断小型化、多功能化及高速化给电磁兼容(EMC)设计带来更加严峻的挑战,其中辐射发射(RE)是EMC测试最为重要的一项内容,也是测试最难通过的项目之一。为提高RE的测试效率与便利性,源重构法(SRM)被广泛用于建模电子系统中的电磁干扰源以及评估其产生的寄生辐射。文章综述了EMC领域中SRM的研究进展以及作者团队的主要研究成果,其内容涵盖了辐射源等效模型的构建、逆问题的求解方法、SRM在电磁干扰(EMI)预测中的应用,以及相关前沿进展。
The miniaturization,multi-functionality and high speed of electronic systems bring more severe challenges to electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)design.Radiated emission(RE)is one of the most important contents of EMC testing and one of the most difficult items to pass the test.To improve the efficiency and convenience of RE testing,source reconstruction method(SRM)is widely used to model the electromagnetic interference(EMI)sources in electronic systems and to evaluate the parasitic radiation.This paper provides a literature review on the SRM research progress with regard to EMC and the main research achievements of the authors’team,including the construction of equivalent models of radiation sources,methods of solving inverse problems,application of SRM in EMI estimation,and some relevant frontier studies.
